近日，重庆地区首家“船员友好型酒店”在巫山县正式投入运行。该酒店由重庆巫山海事处联合重庆神女文旅发展股份有限公司等航运企业共同打造，旨在聚焦船员群体急难愁盼，切实解决船员上岸住宿、物资收发等高频刚需问题。 

“船员友好型酒店”选址于古城码头正对面的巫山汉庭酒店，优越的地理位置便于船员上岸休整办事。酒店二楼同步打造“船员驿站”，形成“驿站+酒店”一体化服务网络，将党建服务延伸至船员生活全场景。驿站内部科学划分生活服务区、学习培训区、党建活动区、宣传展示区四大功能区域，兼顾党建活动、学习提升、生活服务等多重需求，真正实现“启航有指引、靠泊有家园、急难有组织、归来有温暖”。 

目前，酒店已推出船员专属八折住宿优惠，并增设快递代收点位。巫山船员行业特设党支部同步发布服务船员“八项举措”，涵盖政治引领、组织覆盖、帮扶举措、人文关怀、典型培树、证书代办等8个方面，推行清单式供给、定制化服务，切实降低船员办事成本、维护船员合法权益，真正把驿站打造成为广大船员靠泊上岸的“暖心娘家”。 

下一步，巫山县船员行业特设党支部将依托船员驿站，持续落实“八项举措”，推动党建优势转化为行业治理效能，不断提升船员群体获得感、幸福感、安全感，助力巫山水运经济高质量发展。
