ChainCatcher 消息，Arbitrum 创始人 Steven Goldfeder 与 Solana 联创 Toly 就 Robinhood Chain 费用模型展开争论。Toly 称 Robinhood Chain 付给 Arbitrum 的 10% 收入分成，足以覆盖 Solana 链上交易费的 4 倍，暗示若基于 Solana 部署，用户 Gas 费可大幅下降。对此，Goldfeder 称，Robinhood 在 Arbitrum 架构下可保留约 90% 的 Gas 收入，因此选择 Arbitrum 是为了“做房东，而不是租客”。
Toly 反驳称，Robinhood 可以在应用前端收费，同时使用成本更低的底层网络；Goldfeder 则表示，大量链上活动并不经过 Robinhood 前端，如果只是底层网络的“租客”，Robinhood 将无法获得这些外围活动产生的收入。
据市场消息，Robinhood 在产品立项阶段曾评估过 Solana 和 Arbitrum，最终选择了可以独立部署链的 Arbitrum。
