【#我国11个新职业来了##这些新职业非常缺人#】具身智能机器人应用技术员、低空物流员、适老化改造师、冰雪雕塑工……从今天（9日）开始，它们已经是国家正式认定的新职业了！因为发展快前景好，一些岗位的需求缺口达到了上百万。人力资源社会保障部9日公布了第八批新职业，共有11个新职业、23个新工种。[话筒]11个新职业中和数字经济相关的就占了快一半，包括数字孪生工程技术人员、具身智能机器人应用技术员、工业产品数字建模师、微电网管理员、运动数据分析师；绿色职业有3个，包括微电网管理员、氢燃料电池制造工、电解水制氢工。[话筒]23个新工种当中，不少是和咱老百姓的生活密切相关的，比如像社区工作者、适老化改造设计师、鲜切花加工工、智能家具装调工等。为什么它们能成为新职业呢？主要是因为从业人员到了一定规模，并且未来还有广阔的发展空间。一句话就是，非常缺人！[话筒]比如说具身智能产业，现在人才缺口达到了100万。“具身智能机器人应用技术员”这个岗位的需求量，一年就涨了30%。[话筒]现在路上跑的新能源汽车有4397万辆，而有经验的持证技师不到10万人，“新能源汽车检测员”就非常吃香。为了支持新职业的发展，现在国家正在推进“技能照亮前程”行动，围绕低空经济、新能源汽车、人工智能、康养服务等领域，每年补贴培训1000万人次以上。
