韩国钢铁企业浦项制铁（POSCO）的工会周三开始为期两天的部分罢工，因未能与管理层就薪资及其他福利待遇缩小分歧。
此次停工是浦项制铁自1968年成立以来，员工发起的首次罢工。
工会称，这场 48 小时的部分罢工于早上 7 点开始，浦项工厂有 40 名工人参与，光阳工厂有 80 名工人参与。
浦项制铁拥有约 1.7 万名员工，其中大约 1.01 万人为工会成员。
该公司表示，参与本次罢工的员工数量有限，预计对钢铁生产影响很小，并补充称将采取措施，保障工厂整体运营不受干扰。
工会方面提出诉求：基本工资上调 7.1%，发放 600% 绩效奖金，每名员工配发 50 股公司股票，以及 200% 的节日奖金。而管理层仅提议将基本工资上调 2%，双方在核心薪资问题上分歧巨大。
