【晋景新能(01783.HK)拟再斥资3.8亿元收购逾100台高性能服务器拓展智能计算业务】智通财经APP讯，晋景新能(01783.HK)公布，于2026年9月10日，公司董事会批准与卖方上海顺诠科技有限公司进行的建议购买事项，据此，公司间接全资附属上海有孚云计算有限公司将与卖方订立新服务器购买协议，以收购逾100台支援集团云计算及智能计算服务能力的高性能服务器，该等高性能服务器为英伟达的用于智能计算服务的热门图形处理器，总代价为人民币3.8亿元(相当于约4.397亿港元)。
