9月11日，东山区区委常委、政府副区长人选李哲赴新建黑龙江省鹤岗机场项目航站区工程（非民航专业），督导检查工程施工安全工作。

检查组深入作业现场，实地查看基坑支护、临时用电、工程机械作业、现场防护等关键环节安全管控情况，详细听取项目建设单位、施工单位关于安全生产责任落实、隐患排查整治及工程推进情况汇报。

李哲强调，新建鹤岗机场是全市重大交通基础设施项目，工期紧、任务重，安全底线绝不能松。项目参建单位要时刻绷紧安全生产这根弦，坚持“安全第一、预防为主”，细化应急处置预案，配齐应急物资，筑牢项目建设安全防线，保障新建黑龙江省鹤岗机场项目航站区工程（非民航专业）平稳有序推进。
