ChainCatcher 消息，RWA 协议 Centrifuge 在 X 发文称，治理提案 CP172 已通过。官方表示，这是历史上首次代币转换为代币化股权。待必要批准和法律分析完成后，Centrifuge 将推进拟议重组。
根据治理论坛提案，Centrifuge Network Foundation 拟重组并重新注册为开曼群岛豁免有限责任公司 Centrifuge, Inc.，以发行股权。符合条件的 CFG 代币持有人可以 1 CFG 兑换 1 股代币化股权，通过 Centrifuge 平台进行，无额外费用。持有 10 万枚 CFG 及以上的合格持有人将直接登记为股东，少于 10 万枚者拟通过与 CoinList 合作的信托结构参与。
转换自愿，未参与持有人可继续持有或在公开市场出售代币。Centrifuge 将努力在转换期间维持市场流动性。该提案由 Ogier 提供法律指导，Galaxy Digital Labs LLC 和 The Tokenized Asset Coalition 提供顾问支持。
