【东兴证券：A股股票将连续停牌直至终止上市】东兴证券公告称，中金公司拟通过向换股股东发行A股股票的方式，换股吸收合并东兴证券、信达证券。经申请，公司A股股票自2026年9月15日开市起连续停牌，不再交易，2026年9月14日为最后一个交易日。公司将于现金选择权申报截止日次一交易日申请终止上市，股票继续停牌直至终止上市。终止上市后，公司股东所持A股股票将按换股比例转换为中金公司本次发行的A股股票并上市流通。
