韩国性别平等家庭部周三表示，考虑对谷歌提起控诉，理由是谷歌涉嫌泄露数字性犯罪受害者的个人信息。
这批个人信息此前在一个与谷歌开展合作的海外研究项目网站上遭到泄露；直至该部门与韩国通信标准委员会要求删除之后，相关信息才被撤下。
泄露的信息来自那些申请下架非法偷拍视频的受害者。
谷歌已向受害者致歉，称公司原则上不会向该网站提供受害者个人信息；在得知该事件后，便立即要求网站运营方删除相关信息。
该部门表示，正在梳理本次控诉可适用的法律指控，将由本部或其下属机构韩国女性人权研究院担任控诉方。
