智通财经APP获悉，KFM金德(03816)涨近12%，近一个月交易日累计涨幅逾九成。截至发稿，涨11.67%，报3.78港元，成交额1446.86万港元。
消息面上，KFM金德发布公告，公司董事会注意到公司股份于2026年9月4日的股价及交易量的不寻常波动。在合理情况下作出有关公司的查询后，除下文所披露者外，董事会确认，截至本公告日期，并不知悉该等股份股价上升及交易量波动的任何原因，或任何必须公布以避免公司证券出现虚假市场的资料，或根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部项下内幕消息条文须予披露的任何内幕消息。
经董事会作出适当查询后，公司获其控股股东KIG Real Estate Holdings Limited告知，该公司仍在探索与多个方面进行不同合作方式的可能性，其中包括涉及该公司证券的潜在交易。
