9月9日，SK海力士（SKHY.US）劳资双方将在劳资薪酬集体协议临时方案被否决3周后，再次举行工会全员投票。
据悉，SK海力士工会将于10日召开紧急临时代表大会，讲解临时协议方案，并计划在15日至16日举行工会全员投票。修改后的方案相较于原临时协议有哪些变动，将在10日代表大会上对外公布。
此前劳资双方上月敲定临时协议，内容包含加薪6.3%，绩效奖金超额利润分配金（PS）按照40%现金+60%公司自有股票发放。但该方案在上月25日工会投票中，仅以25票微弱差距遭到否决。
协议否决后劳资双方开启重新谈判，本次目标争取在中秋假期前完成协商落地。
SK海力士代表理事社长郭鲁正在2日员工沟通会上，针对绩效奖金发放问题表示：“去年我们已经敲定大框架协议，接下来会和员工一起探讨细节，努力让公司和全体员工带着自豪感共同成长。”
