Devonian Health (DHGR) said Friday it expects to begin trading on the NYSE American as early as Sept. 16.
Its common shares and warrants will be listed on the stock exchange under the tickers "DHGR" and "DHGR WS," respectively, subject to market conditions and final authorization by the NYSE American.
The clinical-stage pharma company will remain listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, it added.
