ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，加密货币托管公司 Copper 首席执行官 Amar Kuchinad 已离职，此时该公司寻求出售的谈判已进入第四个月。Kuchinad 于 2024 年 10 月加入 Copper 担任 CEO，此前该公司创始人兼 CEO Dmitry Tokarev 离职。Kuchinad 曾在高盛任职，并曾在美国证券交易委员会担任顾问职务。
Copper 自今年 5 月以来一直在寻找买家，并聘请 Cantor Fitzgerald 协助推进出售事宜，最初要价为 5 亿美元。CoinDesk 上月报道称，该公司收到的报价约为 2 亿美元，而 Copper 在巅峰时期的估值曾超过 20 亿美元。
Copper 近期还新增了两名高管：Elin Cherry 担任首席合规官，Sean Bowen 担任首席运营官。截至发稿时，Copper 和 Kuchinad 均未回应置评请求。
