金吾财讯 | SpaceX（SPCX）美股盘前股价扬升，最新涨1.01%，报149.64美元。消息面上，SpaceX首席财务官Bret Johnsen在高盛（GS）Communacopia+Technology Conference2026上披露，公司本月再度敲定一笔AI算力托管协议，订单自12月1日起生效，每月将带来约11亿美元收入，折合年化收入约133亿美元。Johnsen并未透露该订单客户名称。他表示，叠加这笔新增订单带来的收入，按照12月营收水平年化测算，SpaceX有信心在今年年底达成1000亿美元年化经常性收入（ARR）目标。Johnsen认为，SpaceX的核心竞争力并非单一业务，而是覆盖火箭、卫星、通信网络、AI算力与大模型的垂直一体化布局：依靠星舰降低太空发射成本，依托地面AI算力创造现金流，并进一步把算力部署送入太空轨道。本次新订单并非 SpaceX近期首笔算力合作。今年7月，公司签下一份为期6个月、总规模67亿美元的算力托管协议，客户信息未对外披露，部分分析师推测合作方或为美国国防部。
