他指出，数月前发布的《金融科技推广蓝图》，为银行业负责任地推进金融科技提供了清晰路线图，加速香港迈向更数据驱动、人工智能赋能且安全的基础设施。
余伟文还提到，金管局于2022年推出商业数据通，至今已促成逾10万宗申请及审批，为中小企业解锁约900亿港元信贷额度。
