消息面上，近日，优必选科技与基本半导体签署战略合作协议。双方将围绕碳化硅功率器件在人形机器人领域的应用展开合作，重点涉及机器人电源管理、运动控制等模块的能效优化与续航提升。在产线层面，基本半导体计划在其自有碳化硅产线部署优必选的人形机器人，用于晶圆制造与模块封装环节的智能化升级。
值得注意的是，基本半导体上半年营收1.21亿元，同比增长15.5%。毛利率大幅改善31.6个百分点，实现毛利率转正里程碑。期内，工业级碳化硅功率模块同比增长2825.1%；SiC MOSFET收入同比增长582.3%。意味着工业模块与SiC MOSFET收入同比增长约876%；二者占总收入的比重由约3.6%快速提升至30.5%。
