在大举开拓海外市场、亏损持续扩大的背景下，VinFast汽车有限公司董事长范日全安（Pham Nhat Quan Anh）将出任这家越南电动汽车厂商的全球首席执行官，接替身为亿万富翁创始人的父亲范日旺。
母公司Vingroup发布公告称，范日全安已于5月出任VinFast董事长，如今将全面接管车企全球运营业务，同时继续担任越南本土业务板块的董事长兼首席执行官。
做出这一人事变动时，公司正谋求在亚洲、欧洲、中东及北美地区拓展业务。VinFast一季度净亏损28.1万亿越南盾（折合11亿美元），同比扩大58.9%，公司正面临激烈市场竞争。
范日全安毕业于新加坡管理大学，曾在VinFast以及Vingroup集团旗下多家企业担任高管。从VinFast在越南本土早期扩张，到进军海外市场，他全程参与公司发展。他还将继续兼任Vingroup旗下钢铁企业VinMetal的首席执行官。
范日旺同时提拔另一个儿子担任电动网约车企业Green & Smart Mobility股份公司（GSM）的全球首席执行官。范日明黄接替阮国俊的职位；阮国俊调任全球董事长，接替范日旺的妻子范秋香。
两家企业都希望加速海外业务增长，因此启动本轮管理层重组。
VinFast表示，目前已在16个国家销售电动汽车，在越南、印尼、印度设有四座工厂，生产汽车与电动摩托。
GSM现已在7个国家开展业务，正评估在2026年底进军美国市场的计划，并筹备赴港IPO。
