近日，鹤庆县立足山区县域农业发展短板，在六合乡河东村开展无人机技能培训，大力培育本土低空作业人才，为县域特色产业注入科技动能。

针对六合乡山高坡陡、地块细碎的生产现状，培训紧扣高原山地农业生产需求，组织农户、返乡青年真机实训，手把手培养本土“新农飞手”，掌握无人机病虫害防治、田间管护等技能。一批本地“新农飞手”学成后，可就近提供飞防社会化服务，降低农业生产成本，壮大乡村服务产业，拓宽群众增收渠道，持续助推县域经济提质增效。

“学习无人机操作，让我收获颇多。从熟悉遥控器按键，到练习起飞、悬停、降落，每一步都需要细心与耐心。我了解到无人机可以用于农田巡查、作物观测，助力乡村生产。练习中也体会到，操作无人机既要胆大，更要谨慎。今后我会多加练习，熟练掌握技术。”
