【首批普惠算力赋能中小企业发展服务清单发布】9月12日，在2026中国算力大会上，首批普惠算力赋能中小企业发展服务清单正式发布。服务清单覆盖通用算力、智能算力、大模型服务、行业智能体应用等多层次普惠算力服务矩阵，可提供容器化租赁、按量计费等灵活付费模式，将推动算力资源普惠共享，助力中小企业数字化转型升级。据悉，服务清单主要围绕中小企业“找算力、选产品、降成本、用得好”的实际需求，对通用算力、智能算力、大模型服务、行业智能体应用、算力基础设施、数据存储与安全等服务进行系统梳理，集中呈现服务内容、典型特色、适用场景等，帮助企业在纷繁复杂的算力供给中快速匹配所需。针对中小企业“一次投入大、需求波动快、专业运维弱”的特点，清单内服务突出轻量化、灵活性和易用性。企业既可通过中国算力平台“算力超市·中小企业专区”选择容器化租赁、裸金属服务等算力资源，也可按需调用大模型服务及行业智能体应用，通过Token按量计费、弹性按需计费等方式控制成本；初创企业和创新团队还能以较低门槛开展模型训练、应用开发和测试验证，将更多资金、精力投入核心业务创新。
