智通财经APP获悉，同源康医药-B(02410)今早拉升逾9%，截至发稿，涨9.7%，报2.94港元，成交额963.22万港元。
消息面上，同源康医药昨晚公布，董事长、执行董事兼总裁吴豫生告知，于本月8至10日期间，于公开市场购入63.5万股H股，占已发行股本总额约0.17%，总代价约209万港元。公司表示，吴豫生已告知未来可能继续根据市场情况购买股份。目前预计将在此基础上进一步购买股份的总金额不超过300万港元。吴豫生表示，收购股份的资金来自自有资金。此次进一步增持股份彰显对集团未来发展前景的信念及充分信心。
上月底，同源康医药公布，公司自主研发的新一代EGFR-TKI创新药甲磺酸氘申艾替尼片(TY-9591片)已获得中国国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)批准附条件上市，适应症为具有表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)外显子19缺失(19DEL)或外显子21(L858R)置换突变，并伴有中枢神经系统(CNS)转移的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)成人患者的一线治疗。
