ChainCatcher 消息，国产云端 AI 芯片厂商燧原科技于 9 月 11 日正式登陆上海证券交易所科创板，发行价为 142.18 元/股。截至发稿，该股最新报价 418 元/股，较发行价上涨 193.99%，成交额 34.04 亿元，换手率 44.82%，振幅 47.83%，盘中最高触及 475 元/股，最低 407 元/股，总市值 1798.87 亿元。
燧原科技成立于 2018 年 3 月，采用自研 DSA 架构，已迭代四代架构 5 款云端 AI 芯片，覆盖 AI 芯片、加速卡及模组、智算系统及集群。其第三代产品 S60 累计出货 16 万片。2023 年至 2025 年，公司营收分别为 3.01 亿元、7.22 亿元和 9.90 亿元；2026 年上半年营收 11.20 亿元，同比增长 279.08%。
腾讯系为燧原科技第一大外部股东，连同一致行动人合计持股 20.26%，同时为公司第一大客户，2025 年对其销售收入占总营收的 83.79%。本次公开发行 4303.52 万股，募集资金总额约 61.19 亿元，主要投向第五代、第六代 AI 芯片研发及产业化项目。
