美国财长斯科特·贝森当地时间周四表示，美国下周将对一家大型银行实施制裁。
“我们将在周一行动，因为我们希望纪念9/11遇难的同胞。但请密切关注周一的情况，”贝森在一档节目中表示，但他未提及具体金融机构或国家名称。
这一消息是在特朗普政府此前对埃及第二大银行的迪拜分支机构实施制裁之后发布的，美国方面指控该行向伊朗提供了18亿美元的资金。
自今年2月冲突爆发以来，美国对伊朗实施了一系列经济措施，其中包括制裁。不过，特朗普政府在上月通过贝森特所称的 “经济弃儿行动” 进一步加大施压力度，对近 60 家实体、船只以及个人实施制裁。针对航运、科技等行业内与伊朗开展业务往来主体的次级制裁范围也有所扩大。
