智通财经APP获悉，周五，戴尔科技(DELL.US)盘初大涨超10%，年内累涨340%，现报560.83美元。消息面上，此前据报道，戴尔科技计划通过发行投资级债券筹集约40亿美元，以偿还即将到期的债务并用于一般企业用途。据知情人士透露，戴尔此次计划发行四个期限的债券，期限从3年至10年不等。目前最终发行规模尚未确定，可能根据市场需求进行调整。其中期限最长的一档债券，初步定价讨论显示，其收益率可能较同期限美国国债高出最多约1.4个百分点。此次发债所得资金将主要用于偿还2026年到期的未偿债券，其余资金则用于一般企业用途。
彭博行业研究分析师Robert Schiffman表示，此次发债有望进一步巩固戴尔原本已经较为稳健的信用状况，而AI业务正在推动公司经营表现达到创纪录水平。Schiffman指出，戴尔目前拥有足够的财务空间，可以在维持其中等BBB级信用状况的同时，对即将到期的债务进行再融资，并进一步提高股东回报。
