ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，据 Theta Labs、以太坊基金会、StarkWare 等机构研究人员发布的最新论文显示，针对 Bitcoin（BTC）和 Ethereum（ETH）的潜在量子攻击关键计算环节，所需资源较谷歌量子人工智能团队此前公布的估算下降超过 50%。
该研究提出的量子线路设计方案仅需约 1151 个逻辑量子比特，并使用约 130 万次 Toffoli 门操作完成相关计算，综合评分约 15 亿，低于谷歌此前公布的约 30 亿水平。
研究主要优化了 Shor 算法中的点加法计算环节，该算法理论上可利用足够强大的量子计算机从公开密钥推导私钥。论文主要作者之一、Theta Labs CTO Jieyi Long 表示，量子攻击目前并非迫在眉睫，但抗量子迁移需要多年时间，无法在攻击发生后再进行补救。
