ChainCatcher 消息，稳定币发行商 Circle 宣布以 4 亿美元全股票交易收购总部位于新加坡的跨境支付基础设施公司 Tazapay。根据 Circle 向美国证券交易委员会提交的 8-K 文件，双方已于 9 月 4 日签署收购协议，交易对价将以 Circle A 类股票支付，并会根据 Tazapay 的债务、交易费用及现金状况进行调整。
Circle 表示，Tazapay 带来了超过 250 亿美元的年化支付量（截至 2026 年 7 月 31 日）、60 多家银行及金融科技合作伙伴，以及覆盖 100 多个市场的本地支付通道。截至 7 月 31 日，Tazapay 超过 60% 的交易量已运行在稳定币上。
Tazapay 自 2025 年起一直是 Circle 支付网络的设计合作伙伴，此次收购将把这一合作伙伴转变为 Circle 的自有业务。交易预计于 2027 年完成，尚需获得包括新加坡金融管理局在内的监管批准。Circle 表示，Tazapay 客户的服务、API、定价及支持不会受到影响。
