ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Algorand 基金会正式任命 William Herkelrath 为首席执行官，接替任职近五年的 Staci Warden。Herkelrath 曾担任区块链数据提供商 Chainlink 及加密托管公司 Curv 的领导职务，并联合创立了 AI 自动化平台 K3 Labs，于 8 月 31 日正式上任。
Algorand 表示，新任 CEO 将重点推动机构业务扩张及后量子安全布局。目前，Algorand 已在 v42 共识升级中引入基于 Falcon-1024 格密码签名系统的后量子账户，并计划于 2028 年前实现全面量子抗性。此外，基金会董事会同步调整，Alex Fowler 加入，Rebecca Rettig 与 Michael Mosier 离任。
