金吾财讯 | 亚德诺半导体（ADI）周三宣布，将以13.5亿美元现金收购Alif Semiconductor，交易还包含最高2亿美元的或有对价。总部位于加州的Alif Semiconductor主营低功耗边缘AI微控制器与融合处理器。本次收购将拓展亚德诺在工业、数据中心基础设施、国防、能源、机器人、数字医疗等领域的目标市场空间。亚德诺半导体CEO Vincent Roche表示，将把Alif的数字处理技术，与自身多模态传感、信号处理、电源、连接及软件优势相结合，助力客户打造全新安全智能系统，实现本地实时感知、推理与执行，布局具身化、确定性AI，落地物理智能应用。双方预计交易将在2026年年底前完成。
