Dell Technologies (DELL) is looking to raise $4 billion in an investment-grade bond sale to refinance its debt, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Bonds are slated to be offered in four tranches, with maturities ranging between three years and 10 years, the report said. The initial price talk for the longest tenor is a premium of up to 1.4 percentage points over US Treasuries, according to the media outlet.

No final decisions have been made about the offering size and may be tweaked according to the demand, the report said.

Dell Technologies did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
