ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，加密创新委员会（CCI）与区块链协会（Blockchain Association）周三向伊利诺伊州桑加蒙县巡回法院提交初步禁令动议，请求在诉讼期间暂停执行该州数字资产交易税。该税率为 0.2%，适用于总部位于伊利诺伊州或在该州提供服务、总营收超过 10 万美元的实体，原定于 2027 年 1 月 1 日生效。
两家游说组织上月已联合数字商会（The Digital Chamber）起诉伊利诺伊州，主张该税违反《互联网税收自由法案》和美国宪法，且伊利诺伊州对数字资产的征税方式不同于其他金融服务。
CCI 首席执行官 Ji Hun Kim 表示，企业被迫花费数百万美元构建合规系统，却连征税对象和时点等基本问题都未明确。区块链协会首席执行官 Summer Mersinger 警告，若该法成立，伊利诺伊州不会是最后一个尝试的州。
