【#曝DeepSeek正备战科创板IPO#，中信已入场尽调】 9月9日，有市场消息称，DeepSeek已委托中信证券筹备科创板IPO。@21世纪经济报道 记者从知情人士处获悉，该消息属实。目前，中信证券已与DeepSeek方面接洽并进入尽职调查阶段，但双方尚未签订正式的上市辅导协议。@21世纪经济报道 记者梳理发现，中信证券在AI与智能硬科技IPO中已形成A股算力芯片、机器人，以及港股18C自动驾驶、具身智能等多条项目管线。已上市项目方面，宇树科技8月19日登陆科创板，中信证券任保荐人及主承销商，发行价150.80元/股，发行4044.64万股，募资总额约60.99亿元。公司主业为人形机器人、四足机器人及具身智能模型；上市首日开盘报1100元、收盘报845元，较发行价涨460.34%。因流通盘较小、估值较高，后续可持续关注整机交付、毛利率及人形机器人商业化进度。
