Gorilla Gold Mines (ASX:GG8) continues to add high-grade economic ounces, Euroz Hartleys said in a Thursday note.

It said growth drilling at the Comet Vale gold project in Western Australia expanded the Lakeview discovery mineralization, with an intercept of seven meters at 12.6 grams per tonne grade of gold from 392.7 meters.

Metallurgical results at Comet Vale returned 94.6% average gold recoveries from gravity and leach extraction, after a 48-hour leach from 18 samples from representative lithologies and grades.

Underground development works have the potential to commence in line with resource mass and study completion timelines.

The investment firm retained its speculative buy rating and AU$0.80 per share price target on Gorilla Gold.
