The total order for Tama Home's (TYO:1419) homes added 9% in August from the same period last year, up from 8% in July, according to a Friday filing with the Japanese bourse.
The orders for detached homes jumped 48%, while those for home renovation increased 7%. The order for custom-built homes declined 4%, the filing said.
