【德意志银行预计土耳其2027年末政策利率为30%】德意志银行经济学家耶伊特·奥纳伊表示，预计土耳其央行今年将实施两次降息，政策利率将从当前37%下调至35%。他在9月10日发布的研报中称，能源价格不确定性仍是一项重大风险，给通胀走势增添变数。2027年上半年，有利的基数效应将助力通胀快速回落。“这有望推动年度通胀在2027年年中降至约26.5%”，并为二季度末降息至31.5%创造空间。假设选举按计划于2028年上半年举行，该行预测2027年末通胀为25%，政策利率为30%。
