TradingKey - 美光台湾员工迎重磅福利，最高给予68个月薪资奖励，最低现金补偿 170万元新台币（约5.3 万美元）。
据路透社9月11日报道，美光科技 (MU) 针对此前台湾厂区美光工会发起劳资协商、争取比照韩系存储大厂的分红诉求，正式推出台湾厂区 2026 会计年度的员工总奖酬方案。截至发稿，美光股价在夜盘时段下跌0.43%，暂报973.25美元。

据悉，美光此次针对台湾厂区的分红与留任奖极具吸引力，美光在台湾的一线直接生产员工将获得2026财年总奖励，相当于35至68个月的薪资，而且方案设定了最低保底现金报酬，额度最低为新台币170万元（约5.3 万美元） 。
2026 财年年度绩效奖金发放上限提高至基准目标的500%，并额外附加股权发放，而且初级工程师的平均年度总现金薪酬预估将达新台币290万至340万元。
除此之外，还有一项比较特别的奖金——全体在职员工工龄感谢金，凡于2025年8月 29日前入职的台湾员工，每人均可获得新台币100 万元（约 3.16 万美元）的 2026 财年一次性特别现金奖金。
