消息人士称，在汇率触及 95.80 附近时，印度央行的美元抛售操作尤为明显。

印度央行此番操作之际，布伦特原油价格逼近每桶 108 美元。印度是原油进口大国，高油价会加剧该国贸易逆差，并带来通胀压力。美国国债收益率走高同样压制卢比，削弱印度本土债券的吸引力。
过去数周，印度央行持续在汇市进行干预。近期一项美元存款计划带来资金流入，推动央行外汇储备创下历史新高。
卢比年内贬值约 6%，表现弱于多数亚洲货币。
