里昂发布研报称，诺华(NVS.US)行政总裁最新对Lp(a)HORIZON研究的评论，可能将研究失败归因于晚期降低Lp(a)相较于基因的终身Lp(a)暴露，所带来的心血管益处有限，这将对包括石药集团在内的中国内地Lp(a)参与者构成压力。石药集团与阿斯利康(AZN.US)合作开发口服Lp(a)项目YS2302018，目前正处于第一期临床阶段。
里昂指出，市场亦流传关于石药集团旗下恩必普在国家医保目录续期结果不利的消息。就此，该行已向公司确认，价格调整幅度可控。至于YS2302018，海外第一期项目仍按计划推进，并正在进行第二期概念验证研究。里昂认为，HORIZON作为首个Lp(a)结果研究的失败，并不会立即推翻Lp(a)预测。另一方面，石药集团股价急挫带来具吸引力的入市机会。
