BOC Aviation (HKG:2588) agreed to purchase 12 Airbus A320neo aircraft from Airbus and lease them on a long-term basis to Colombian airline Avianca, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
All 12 aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2029, the filing said.
