ChainCatcher 消息，美国总统科学技术顾问委员会主席 David Sacks 表态，Anthropic 的首次公开募股必须暂停，直到对“内部告密者”的指控得到调查为止。
“内部告密者”指 Anthropic 前研究员雅各布·考克森。他此前在 OpenAI 做过预训练研究，2026 年 7 月加入 Anthropic，大约只待了 4 个月就于 9 月辞职，并公开在 X 上发帖警告：一线 AI 公司内部很多人真心认为，这项技术可能在十年内导致人类灭绝，两家公司都在不负责任地竞速奔向自我改进的超级智能，等于拿全人类的生命赌博。
他离开时股权尚未归属，公司通常满 6 个月才开始归属，因此放弃了潜在的巨额股票收益。此事发生在 Anthropic 已秘密提交 IPO 申请、估值接近万亿美元之际。
