Hisense Home Appliances Group (SHE:000921, HKG:0921) subsidiaries subscribed for wealth management products from Bairui Trust worth 1.74 billion yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The subsidiaries subscribed for the wealth management products from March 18 to Sept. 9 using idle self-owned funds of the appliance maker.
Company shares jumped 1% in Shenzhen and Hong Kong during the midday break on Thursday.
