Coinbase Global Inc．首席执行官Brian Armstrong周四在新加坡接受采访。他表示，比特币会经历这种四年一轮的周期。他认为，比特币价格在这一轮已经见底，随着下一次“减半”（halving）到来，未来一两年价格将开始逐步走高。
他表示，加密货币领域的监管明确性已大幅改善，《透明度法案》（Clarity Act）也将完成。
他表示，这将是加密货币发展史上的一个重要里程碑。坦白说，即便这项法案最终没有通过，美国监管机构也已经表示他们准备发布明确的规则，包括证券交易委员会和商品期货交易委员会。
所以他认为，未来一两周内，要么会从参议院得到相关法案，要么会从监管机构那里得到相关规定。
他希望“很快”将代币化股票引入美国。
