智通财经APP获悉，名创优品(09896)跌超3%，触及17.75港元创2023年1月以来新低，年内股价已经腰斩。截至发稿，跌3.47%，报17.83港元，成交额1.02亿港元。
消息面上，今年上半年，名创优品实现收入115.0亿元，同比增长22.4%，利润9.57亿元，同比仅增长5.6%；剔除汇兑损益后的经调整净利润12.22亿元，同比下降1.7%。单二季度看，公司收入同比增长17.0%至58.1亿元，剔除汇兑损益的经调整净利同降10.5%至5.9亿元。除了汇兑损失的影响外，公司海外业务表现也有所转弱，快速扩张后费用大幅增加，对盈利造成明显拖累。
名创优品预计，全年调整后净利润将同比下降高单位数，调整后经营利润率同比下降3—4个百分点。中银国际预计，2026年下半年业绩仍将持续受压，公司将进入业务调整阶段，因此最早可能要到2027年才会出现经营拐点。该行认为，快速全球扩张转化为盈利增长的投资逻辑，将需要更长时间才能兑现。
