凤凰网科技讯 9月10日，针对近日网络传播的“启境GX7媒体群误发小米澎程攻防相关内容”截图，启境汽车官方发布说明作出回应。
说明称，相关工作人员操作失误，将内部工作信息误发至媒体群，发现后又因处置仓促解散了群。官方解释，截图中提到的“攻防”，是内部对同期产品进行信息监测、差异梳理和事实核验的工作用语，并非策划攻击、拉踩友商。但官方承认“这个词用得不妥，误发和解散群的处理也不专业”，并向公众致歉，表示将认真复盘、改进管理。
启境汽车同时提到，9月4日开启预售的启境GX7定位阔五座智能百变SUV，强调“对同行，我们尊重；对竞争，我们用产品回答；对用户，我们用心把车做好”。
