凤凰网科技讯（作者/赵子坤）9月11日，在2026Inclusion·外滩大会上，针对蚂蚁灵波启动首轮独立融资一事，蚂蚁灵波CEO朱兴回应凤凰网科技提问称，融资并非因为“缺钱、缺卡”，而是解决两个问题：一是用更合适的激励机制容纳现有核心人才和未来增量高阶人才；二是让灵波作为独立公司更好遵循董事会和经营责任制，提升治理与运营效率，以应对长周期竞争。
此前，有知情人士对凤凰网科技表示，今年以来，蚂蚁灵波内部人才流动频繁。
对于关键人才是否会成为卡点，朱兴表示“恰恰不需要担心”。他称，灵波团队融合了学院派走向工业界、探索新技术范式的人，也有来自自动驾驶领域、具备大规模系统化工程和数据应用经验的人，以及互联网加商业背景的成员。他强调，具身智能作为商业和产品需要整套体系，模型是其中非常重要的内核，但也只是一部分。
此前有消息称，蚂蚁灵波已启动首轮融资，拟募资15亿元，目标在今年年底完成二轮融资。该融资若如期完成，将突破具身领域创业公司的融资速度。彼时有消息称，因为蚂蚁集团在AI上的“饱和式投入”，算力成本压力大。
