ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，英国央行前负责金融稳定事务的副行长 Jon Cunliffe 已加入区块链支付公司 Fnality，并将担任其英国实体董事长。德国央行前支付与结算系统总干事 Jochen Metzger 获任 Fnality Europe 监事会成员，预计将担任主席；荷兰央行前监督主管及市场基础设施政策主管 Ron Berndsen 也将加入该监事会。
Fnality 运营一套批发支付系统，允许银行利用央行货币余额结算债务。其受英国央行监管的英镑系统于 2023 年上线，目前正寻求推出美元和欧元版本所需的监管批准。Fnality 表示，该系统旨在支持股票、债券等传统资产的代币化交易，使证券和支付资金在相互连接的数字网络上同步流转，从而缩短结算时间并支持全天候交易。Fnality 成立于 2019 年，投资方包括高盛、瑞银集团、桑坦德银行、美国银行和花旗集团等大型金融机构。
