智通财经APP讯，新鸿基地产(00016)发布截至2026年6月30日止的年度业绩，该集团取得收入941.94亿港元，同比增加18.15%;股东应占溢利214.26亿港元，同比增加11.15%;每股溢利7.39港元，拟派发末期股息每股2.93港元。
回顾年内，来自物业销售的溢利为82.92亿港元，去年为82.9亿港元。按所占权益计算，年内取得的合约销售总额约406亿港元。
连同所占合营企业及联营公司的租金收入计算，集团年内的总租金收入按年上升2%至249.87亿港元，净租金收入按年增加1%至185.71亿港元。
截至2026年6月30日，按所占楼面面积计算，集团在香港的土地储备约有5640万平方尺，当中约3920万平方尺为已落成物业，其中绝大部分用作出租及长线投资。余下约1720万平方尺为发展中物业，足够集团中期发展所需。可供出售的发展中住宅物业约有1260万平方尺。
