路透9月10日 - 黑石集团 BX.N 周四表示，已通过发行股份收购了韩国干货仓储物流项目“Sanha Logistics Park II”的多数股权，旨在进一步深化其在该东亚国家的业务布局。
两家公司表示，总部位于新加坡的房地产管理公司ESR将继续作为该项目的投资者，并通过其韩国平台ESR Kendall Square继续担任开发经理和资产管理人。
Sanha物流园二期是一个占地33.4万平方米的仓储开发项目，目前正在建设中，预计将于2028年竣工。
ESR向路透透露，“Sanha物流园二期”的总开发成本约为6,000亿韩元(4.483亿美元)。
黑石集团未透露此次持股的具体价值。
两家公司表示，该物流园位于京釜高速公路沿线——这是韩国连接首尔和釜山的主要高速公路走廊——预计将支持仓库自动化及其他不断发展的供应链需求。
“此次投资深化了黑石在韩国的市场布局，并进一步巩固了物流作为我们在全球范围内高度看好的房地产投资主题的地位，”黑石房地产韩国负责人克里斯·金表示。
