1335 ET - Life Time's personal training offerings are key for member engagement and retention, garnering participation from about half of the gym chain's members and generating about a 90% retention rate, UBS analysts say in a note. While members typically do the training programs for roughly six months, management sees the offering as an entry point to a broader wellness ecosystem, the analysts say. Training packages often come with extra products and services like nutrition guidance, recovery products, spa services, supplements and food and beverage offerings, the analysts say.
