为进一步提升辖区养老服务精细化水平，切实保障敬老院入住老人的生活品质，近日，大李庄街道人大工委组织部分街道人大代表，深入大李庄街道敬老院开展养老服务专项调研，实地检视敬老院运营管理情况，以代表履职助力养老服务品质提档升级。

调研现场，代表们首先对敬老院整体环境进行了全面巡查，仔细检查院内公共区域卫生、院落绿化、公共空间布局等情况，对整洁有序的院区环境给予肯定。随后代表们走进老人居住房间，详细了解老人日常生活起居、日常照料护理及精神文化生活状况，与入住老人亲切交谈，关切询问身体状态与实际生活需求，叮嘱老人保重身体、安心颐养天年。

针对配套设施与餐饮卫生两大重点领域，代表们开展了逐项细致排查。重点检查消防器材、应急照明、安全警示标识等设施的完好运行情况，对房屋安全、用电安全等关键环节逐一核验，全面排查各类安全隐患；同时，代表们走进食堂就餐区与操作间，实地查看食材储存、餐具消毒、膳食搭配、卫生保洁等工作落实情况，详细了解食品采购溯源与日常消杀管理流程。

此次调研全面摸清了敬老院的运营现状与提升方向。代表们纷纷表示，将持续关注辖区养老服务工作，充分发挥人大代表监督和桥梁纽带作用，推动敬老院健全常态化管理机制，加大日常巡查与服务保障力度，切实提升老年群体的幸福感、安全感与归属感。
