近日，山东临沂市公共资源交易中心发布莒南县洙边镇洙边村东南建筑用料(花岗岩)矿区投资建设、开采项目招标公告。该项目由莒南县基础设施建设投资有限公司自筹资金建设，合同预算价约4.86亿元，单价预算25.2元/吨。

此次招标范围涵盖该矿区的投资建设与开采整体工作。计划工期按开采年限11年作为合作期（含基建期1年+生产期10年）。质量要求方面，需符合国家施工及验收规范规定的合格标准，达到绿色施工管理要求，工程竣工验收时质量达到一次验收合格标准。

投标截止时间为2026年9月29日9时。本项目采用网上开标模式，各投标人无需到达现场，届时登录开标大厅在线参加即可。

据悉，该项目位于山东省临沂市莒南县洙边镇洙边村，矿种为建筑用料（花岗岩）。根据此前官方采矿权挂牌及环评批复等公开信息，该矿区面积约为0.2973平方公里，保有及评估利用资源储量约1551.20万方，可采储量约1200.1万方，规划/核定生产规模为120万方/年，采用露天开采方式。2021年1月，项目业主以超1.05亿元竞得采矿权。
