Salesforce (CRM) is likely to use the upcoming Dreamforce event to provide details on Claudeforce's capabilities, pricing structure, and early customer traction, RBC Capital Markets said in a note emailed Thursday.
Expectations are likely higher after the company posted "strong" fiscal Q2 financial results, analysts said, while noting that a bullish long-term model could be a positive catalyst for the stock.
The investment firm said it will be on the lookout for clarity on how ClaudeForce fits into the broader AI Force branding, along with updates on Mission Force, Slack, Data 360, and any new vertical cloud expansion.
"While early AI traction is increasingly encouraging and the ClaudeForce announcement is differentiated, we remain in wait-and-see mode around whether this translates into sustained organic reacceleration," the firm said.
RBC Capital Markets retained a sector perform rating and a $250 price target on the stock.
